Return & Exchange Policy

LVB Jewelry supports returns/exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligible conditions (within 3 days from delivery)

Products are accepted for return/exchange if:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing errors.

  • The wrong product or size was sent (compared to the confirmed order).

  • The product is damaged during shipping (must have an unboxing video).

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, without scratches or deformation.

  • Must include original packaging, box, tags, and invoice.

  • Must provide unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Non-returnable cases

  • Custom-made or engraved products (unless due to manufacturing defects).

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, impact, chemicals, or improper storage.

  • Requests made after the allowed return period.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Free size adjustment for rings (basic adjustments) within 7 days.

  • If exchange is due to customer preference (design change, size change beyond standard adjustment), customers may need to pay:

    • Shipping fees

    • Additional material or remake costs (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after LVB Jewelry receives and inspects the returned product.

  • Refund method: bank transfer or original payment method.
